Half way through 'A' Level
Half the Agony have been alleviated, with the end GP paper, and at least one paper each for each of the other science subject. Hopefully, I will not fail GP and will get at least a B, so that i will never need to write essay or do compre again in my life. But an obstacle remain in the not too distant future - the freaking H1 econs which I have not touched since Prelim. The teachers are like spotting questions and suddenly there's a lot of other JC prelim case studies for Macro and micro-economics with well crafted answer scheme that pop out of nowhere. H1 econs, I had always thought is simply. Since last year, I have been reading the notes only and ocasionally some sample answer scheme from our school, and have managed to fairquite well in test and exam. Now, there are tonnes of answer schemes to study, each pertaining to different issuessuch as oil prices, pollution etc. I had thought that we only need to memorise the concept given in the notes and apply on the spot during exam. But now, I'm tempted or have to study answer scheme to give myself piece of mind. Like what people say, learning is a life long process. I totally agree - you never get to learn and be exposed to every single novel situation etc. So when the ans scheme pop up, i have no choice but to study them in order not to be at a disadvantage, in case everyone are reading ans scheme too in their preparation for the 'A' level.
